“Deborah and I worked together to pinpoint my skills, talents, and goals and we put them together into a plan that I was comfortable implementing. She understood my hesitation in making the transition, and my fears of both success and failure. My business has a wholeness to it because of Deborah’s insight, support, and talents.”
“Deborah has not only helped me completely change the way I earn a living, but my life as a whole as well. Every day I wake up happy. I take a big breath in … I breath out … and I smile.
“The strong conviction Deborah has that you can and will succeed is contagious. Using her as a resource to assist in developing new ideas has created positive results. For anyone who is in a transition phase or is unhappy with his or her well-being, Deborah is a resource that can assist you. I highly recommend her services.”
“Deborah was a consistent force for me to push myself further when I reached barriers that normally would have stopped me cold. I now have a new freedom to pursue what inspires me.”
“Thank you coach for believing in me, pushing me, and being my friend. Your support and affirmations have made a tremendous difference.”
Helping you to perform at your best in the workplace. When you feel great, you can do anything.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Wellness Coach (CWC), Certified Wellness Inventory Specialist (CWIS), Diet and Nutrition Advisor, and the Author of “How To Feel Great At Work Every Day, Six Steps For Creating A High-Energy Success Plan For Your Career” I can help you gain energy, power, and passion to move your career forward in an entirely new and energized way.
Having energy is crucial to career success. When you are tired, stressed, or burned out, you don’t have the motivation to do things beyond what your job responsibilities entail. In the workplace, however, how you feel is not important to your employers or clients. You have a job to do, and you have to do it regardless of your mood or energy level.
When you have energy, you can do things in your career that might otherwise be impossible. You can go back to school, open a business, or find a new job. Your productivity increases. You know what you want, and you feel great about it.
I was quoted in an article for MSNBC.com titled: “Why The Lunch Break Is Going Extinct. Workers Are Told To Multi-Task As They Wolf Down Food.”Giving up your lunch break diminishes your productivity, causing you to put in more hours in the long run, not to mention what it does for your health and well being.” Click here to see the article.
I am no stranger to low energy. Before I became a coach, entrepreneur, and business owner, I ran sales and marketing programs for Fortune 500 and technology companies for over twelve years. I worked a lot. My jobs were in New York City, whose hectic pace demanded a great deal of energy.
I was expected to perform at a high level, and adrenaline played an important role in getting many things done.
Then I switched careers. I built a coaching business from scratch, which took a LOT of my time and energy. I worked round the clock and gained forty pounds. Even though I was helping people change their careers and their lives (and loving every minute of my job), a part of me knew that I needed to get healthier. Furthermore, the adrenaline I so depended on to keep me going was beginning to run low.
Then, I started to get sick and my body began to change. Small things escalated. What started as occasional indigestion became full-blown reflux disease. What started as occasional discomfort when I closed my pants became constant bloatedness that never seemed to disappear. One day, I looked in the mirror and realized that I was heavier than I’d ever been. I felt old. I had no energy and could not figure out what was wrong with me. For a while, I stopped trying to find out because I thought that being tired was a normal part of getting older. But deep down, I knew that there had to be more. This is when I put myself on a path to better health.
Today, I feel better than I did when I was younger. I am 30 pounds lighter and have become a regular at Crossfit classes. I have reduced my stress level considerably. I sleep better. I eat better. I’m not bloated any more. I am strong and optimistic. Am I perfect? No. but I get up every day with the energy to try my best. I am on a different path now and am happy that I found it.

Achieve A Higher Level Of Vitality, Health & Wellbeing At Your Job
Wellness coaching helps you achieve higher levels of wellness by encouraging you to move as far to the right as possible.
Moving from the center to the left shows a progressively worsening state of health. Moving to the right indicates increased levels of health and well-being. The neutral point is where symptoms of illness have been alleviated.
What is Wellness?
Wellness is a choice . . . a decision you make to move toward optimal health.
Wellness is a way of life . . . a lifestyle you design to achieve your highest potential for well-being.
Wellness is a process . . . a developing awareness that there is no end point, but that health and happiness are possible in each moment, here and now.
What Does A Wellness Coach Do?
Wellness coaches work with individuals to help them improve all areas of wellness including fitness, nutrition, weight, stress, health, and management of the life and career issues that impact wellness.
A Wellness Coach uses a proven process in a focused way to help you create a wellness plan that works for you. You will set goals, take action, and have a partner that will hold you accountable so you can reach these goals. You will be supported, cheered, and understood.
What Process Will I Use With You?
If you want to make changes in your energy level, and how you feel at work, you have to take into account who you are as a whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Not just a piece of you, such as what you do for a living, how much money you make, or what your title is. Once you can treat yourself well, despite the stress and demands that have been placed on you, you can finally enjoy your career and feel great at the same time.
You will discover six steps for gaining more energy and vitality in your career.
No matter how tough your job is, you’ll need a healthy mind and body to tackle it. If you are eating poorly, not exercising, or internalizing stress, you won’t feel well. And if you don’t feel well, you can’t treat your career with the attention and respect it deserves. Without energy, you cannot make your career as fulfilling as it could be.
And, There’s More…
As a Bonus, every person who signs up for any telephone or in-person one-month, three-month, or six-month coaching program will receive a Wellness Inventory Assessment as part of your coaching program. A $199 value–yours at no additional cost.

A powerful tool, the Wellness Inventory Assessment is designed to help you gain personal insight into your state of physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. You will receive guidance and direction so you can transform what you have learned (your results) into lasting changes and a renewed sense of health and well-being.
